After talking about our relationship with volunteer leaders, we moved on to talk about, “What actions or changes can you make to foster a relationship with your volunteers that would enable them to be more effective volunteer leaders?”

To start of our discussion at today’s roundtable we discussed our vision of volunteer leaders and the relationship between volunteer leaders and the staff that empower them to be volunteer leaders.

The question that was asked was, “What does your relationship with those volunteers (empowered volunteer leaders) look like?
